Weekend emergency call-outs
Emergency call-outs are available Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Standard and pre-booked work
per additional hour
Same-day weekday call-outs are charged at the standard rate, subject to availability.
Urgent after-hours and weekend call-outs
per additional hour
Includes travel, attendance and up to one hour on site.
Public holiday emergencies
per additional hour
Includes travel, attendance and up to one hour on site.
Materials and parts are additional.
Larger installations and project work can be quoted at a fixed price. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed before proceeding.
